Salary: £72,000-£78,000 basic. Bonus: Highly Competitive

​The Role: 

The role of Executive Search Consultant at AW Louis&Company demands the highest levels of tact and professionalism requiring a character which can easily develop new relationships with clients and candidates while being able to stay ahead of constantly changing markets.

The Candidate:

A minimum of six years' experience as a consultant within the asset management sector and previous experience operating within asset management preferably within distribution or investment is essential.  

 

To succeed in executive search you must be extremely organised, ambitious and tenacious. Integrity, confidence and an outgoing nature is essential. An ability to maintain high standards while under pressure is vital for this role. Fluency in French or German is required while being university educated in a business, economics or a finance related discipline. 

 

Training:

A three month on and off site Bespoke Executive Search training program tailored to AW Louis&Company will be provided followed by a Financial Markets Foundation Course (FMFC).
